It seems to be the season for appliances. Our 10 year old Washer/Dryer set had to be replaced last week after the washer crapped out for the second time in a year. This week it was the garbage disposal. Hoping everything else stays working until after the first of the year as the Christmas gift budget has really taken a serious hit.

I have a guy who lives behind me who sells appliances for a living at a local store (not a chain). I cringe every time he comes over for fear that he might sabotage something to drive me back into the store. Actually a very nice guy and has ordered parts for me at discount many times. It's nice to have an appliance guy (well) most of the time.

dryers been out here for a while now. its an over under so a new set here as well someday. replaced the washer at camp not long ago with one of the new beeping/chirping noise monsters, what are the appliance guys thinking
