For those of you who are short on time but like good wings. Followed the 30 20 10 recipe except reduced time...2 minutes then flip...cook 2minutes more then sauce & cook for 1 min.

I'm confused. 5 minute wings? At what temp?
Or is it like 7 minute abs?XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Nope...just being Devils Advocate. Another member swears that they cooked 2 packers totaling 30lbs to 200IT in 4hours at 225 Pit temp and I say BShit. It'll never happen...don't care what grade of beef.DoubleEgger said:You must still be drunk from yesterday.Tyler, TX XL BGE 2016, KJ Classic 2019, MES, 18.5 WSM, Akorn Jr, 36"&17" Black Stone, Adj Rig, Woo, Grill Grates, SS Smokeware Cap, KAB, FB 300, Thermapen -

I will, but what if someone that’s never cooked a brisket checks that post & actually believes you can cook a brisket at that low of temp in 4 hours. They’ll be greatly disappointed & dinner will be approximately 10 hours late. That’s it...rant over. Going to light the fire and sing Kumbaya.DoubleEgger said:
