Me too, they are great! Use them all the time. I don’t measure anything, so not really a recipe, but here’s the play-by-play… Sautéed some chopped green onions and garlic in bacon grease and olive oil, added some flour to make a roux, then finished the sauce with chicken stock and crema and seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme. Sliced a big russet potato and layered the potato slices, cubes of an amazing pit ham from a local BBQ joint, then cheddar, then sauce, made about 3 layers in each or the 2 buttered 16 oz. Corningware Grab-its. Topped with cheddar after about a half hour on the Egg, and I think total time on the Egg was a little over an hour.td66snrf said:I really like the correlle grab its.
