Late Thanksgiving Turkey Post
Brined with Meat Church bird bath and then seasoned with Meat Church Honey Hog and Spatchcocked. I cooked this bird over root vegetables with some cherry smoke. Comments

Weight, cook temp (and direct or indirect) and time?Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
13lbs at 325 direct with coals banked to one side for about 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. It was closer to 2 hrs before the breast hit 160.
