Late Thanksgiving Turkey Post
Brined with Meat Church bird bath and then seasoned with Meat Church Honey Hog and Spatchcocked. I cooked this bird over root vegetables with some cherry smoke.

13lbs at 325 direct with coals banked to one side for about 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. It was closer to 2 hrs before the breast hit 160.
