Pork and chorizo smash burgers ... yep, it works

This was a concoction from the twisted mind of SWMBO, and it works a treat. Standard burger patties made out of pork mince and some chorizo smooshed into it, with a little S&P. Delicious, full description here:

Those look great.
One of the best burgers I've had was a mixture of chorizo and ground beef with guajillo peppers mixed in. Love that combo, don't know if you can find guajillo over there or not. -

Made some last night and wife said they were great. I added a twist...I sprinkled each side with DP's Bombay seasoning, so it was kind-of and East-meets-West think. My daughter argued that Mexican chorizo was south, not west, but you get the idea. either way it was tasty.EggMcMcc
