Tetrazzini

The inevitable end-of-Thanksgiving-weekend turkey tetrazzini, in the same Pyrex casserole dish Mom used for tetrazzini when I was a kid. Good stuff :)

More suggestions, I guess, I don't really do recipes. Half a box of cooked spaghetti, chopped celery, carrots, onion, some garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme, a bunch of mushrooms and turkey. Made a roux with flour, butter and olive oil, 2 or so cups of chicken stock, and half a cup or so of Mexican crema (didn't have milk or cream) and some of the pasta water for the sauce. Tossed some cheddar in the mix, and topped with some more after about half an hour on the Egg at 360ish. Took a bit over an hour on the Egg.
