@stv8r choose whatever cheese you want. I used mozz, pepper jack, Sharpe cheddar, parm and Romano. Boil the pasta first, let it cool then layer it... Pasta then cheeses and some dried herbs. Layer that to the top of you pot then blend 3 cups of whole milk milk and 5 eggs with salt and add it to the pot. Cool for an hour at 375°. Take the top off to crisp the cheese.Doylestown - Pennsylvania
