$149.99. Typically it goes for $199.00 for the doorbell/video, and another $30.00 for the chime.
See, hear and speak from your smart phone.
How long does the battery last? I’m not sure if I want the Pro. version or the Ring 2. Thanks.
The battery is a rechargeable it recharges as its being used. There is a battery monitor built in, that you can monitor from your smart phone. Used the heck out of it yesterday, and it shows full capacity.
The alarms go off whenever you leave or come in the door to which it is mounted. We are working on our downstairs bathroom and have exited and entered about 30x today, still showing full capacity."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Very similar. You can add multiple platforms to this one as well. They have video camera, etc. Which you can monitor on your phone, no problem. Today is the last day of this sale.Woodchunk said:Here is one I am looking at. All you have to do is change out your light fixture, no other wiring. I have a family member who installed these and they do a great job.

I got the Pro version since I already had a wired doorbell. However, the battery powered version does give one a bit more flexibility as to where you can mount it.Retired RailRoader said:YukonRon said:Just purchased and installed the Ring Two doorbell surveillance system, we bought on sale from Costco. Thanks for the heads up, just bought the Ring2. My neighbor likes the Nest products, but when Google bought them my conspiracy mindset kicked in.

So when Alphabet/Google buys Ring you gonna get rid of it?BigreenGreg said:Thanks for the heads up, just bought the Ring2. My neighbor likes the Nest products, but when Google bought them my conspiracy mindset kicked in.

Love my ring doorbell. It was free too with six months of service. Most everyone in our neighborhood got one for free. It was a pilot to test the effects the doorbell has on crime. You walk down the street now and you’re picked up on 20 cameras...

Our neighbors are picking them up pretty fast.
After seeing ours, they seem to understand how this will benefit them and our neighbors."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
