We're lucky enough to be able to get a Dorper every year. It's a S African hair sheep. Hair means grown for meat not wool. The wife and I have spent a fair amount of time in SA and you rarely get domestic sheep there. It is way more expensive than NZ lamb. Quite fatty. Curried cauliflower that I've been dying to do on the egg. It was awesome. 400 raised indirect, no wood.
