I'll put a review up when I return next week with pics. The class schedule is packed and I'll be in the smoke all day Saturday and Sunday. Myron is feeding us breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. The meet and greet is Friday evening. The class is a blast. I did it in 2014. Don't be afraid to get in there and trim some of the meat when it is hands-on time. We were split into learning groups that trimmed the briskets, butts, ribs, etc. I know that a lot of the people in my group were apprehensive or intimidated by the meat, so I was able to get a lot of hands-on with the trimming portion. You should have fun!!

Just finished a couple of hours ago...it was maximum fun and a ton of information to absorb. I took 10 pages of notes. We prepped and cooked whole hog, pork ribs, beef ribs, pork loin, chicken legs, turkey, pork butt, and brisket. A good part of that was our dinner last night and we all left class stuffed to the gills. I will post a better review with pics this week after I get home. It was well spent money.
