I'll put a review up when I return next week with pics. The class schedule is packed and I'll be in the smoke all day Saturday and Sunday. Myron is feeding us breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. The meet and greet is Friday evening. I'm arriving the day before to visit some old friends - I used to live in that area a long time ago.

Yeah, I checked the weather and I'm packing accordingly. It really hasn't been much better here in NJ the past week - jungle humid with a nice chew to the air.

  • The class is a blast.  I did it in 2014.  Don't be afraid to get in there and trim some of the meat when it is hands-on time.  We were split into learning groups that trimmed the briskets, butts, ribs, etc.  I know that a lot of the people in my group were apprehensive or intimidated by the meat, so I was able to get a lot of hands-on with the trimming portion.  You should have fun!!
