Thank you. One thing I did different this time was start them on a thin pizza pan then pull that out when the top was pretty closed to finished. I rotated it a couple times but only left it one the stone for a short time (maybe two mins) before pulling for good.epcotisbest said:Those pics of the bottom of the pies makes them look just about perfect. They look great. How did you like that dough? Walmart?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The dough was pretty good. It came very highly recommended from the guy who ran the pizza class. I don't think it was as good as home made, but it sure is a lot easier for sure. $1.67 at Walmart in the frozen food section.
