Pizza ....followed by a couple pecan pies...

Made a veggie pizza tonight. Fresh ingratiates includes mushrooms, Vidalia onion, Roma maters and garlic. Shredded mozzarella but topped it off with some asiago cheese @Jupiter Jim gave me while he was woopin our tails at wings. Much joy was had tonight.
While I had the temps up for the pizza, So dropped the temps down to 400 degrees...which is where I start my pecan pies. I let the temps fall during the cook. Took the first one to a neighbor who is dealing with some unfortunate circumstances. I dropped a chunk of pecan wood in for the secound pie. This one I am consuming myself.
