I'd bet they tasted as good as they looked. Really nice pictures too.

I'm with @StillH2OEgger here. Great cook but the cut and presentation are definitely top-shelf. Most eggcellent.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Thanks all for the compliments! They tasted good and I think my wife's friends liked them too as one of them ate more ribs than I didXL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, M&M BBQ Texas Smoke King, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal

Thanks! I flipped the racks over so the bone side was up and tried my best to slice them down the middle between the bones using a sharp 10" victorinox cimiter knife.mEGG_My_Day said:That looks awesome - how did you slice them??? Looks like a magazine photo.
