Wife had some friends over to knit and she asked me to cook some ribs.  I had some baby backs so I was happy to oblige.

Rubbed with some Rub Co Barbeque and Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ


Sauced with Eat Barbecue IPO sauce

Thanks all for the compliments!  They tasted good and I think my wife's friends liked them too as one of them ate more ribs than I did

Thanks! I flipped the racks over so the bone side was up and tried my best to slice them down the middle between the bones using a sharp 10" victorinox cimiter knife.
