Why in the world would you serve those stuffed pork chops with canned veggies?

Because that is what I had on hand and it was a quick and easy side. Stuffed pork chops, indirect at 300 to internal of 160 with just a very small piece of apple wood for smoke. Served with some applesauce and, yes, canned mixed veggies.

Right there with you. I smoked some dark chic quaters tonight (no pictures) and opened some canded green beans. I made some fresh creamed corn....and prefer fresh veggies. Sometimes it just don't happen. No points off on your grilling card being it's a weeknight. If on a weekend, that's -3 points.epcotisbest said:

What it says on the cup does not mean that is what is in the cup. I confess I do like the simplicity of k-cups and the wide variety of flavors, but I also enjoy pour over, seen here, and have a regular drip maker, and a french press too, so lots of options as far as coffee goes.northGAcock said:

We have friends who live in Pensacola who came up to visit not long ago and arrived with these. As you can tell, I have not had time to try most of them yet. The ones in the big bags are whole beans, so I've gotta get a grinder, or try using the Vitamix. We visit them and watch the Blues fly once, sometimes twice a year. Never gets old. They come up here to enjoy the north Georgia mountains (and ribs).
