Roasted garlic burger...

Morning All:

We didn't have any buns & neither one of us felt like going to the store for them so did some hamburger-steaks...two pounds of ground beef with roasted garlic added in...plus time to test out the small Egg with the new table top...just put them on with Kosher salt & DP Raising the Steaks...


Ready to come off...I topped mine with some bacon while Kathy topped hers with bacon, sautéed onions & sautéed mushrooms...added some slaw & pickled cucumbers as side dishes & it was good eating at the Taylor house tonight...


The small Egg was at 400 to 450 for at least 45 minutes & the HDPE around the Egg wasn't even warm, so I think it will work just fine!
