Forum post-Friday night brown water fueled; Protein money shots?
There are many great photo quality threads that get posted here. For the majority, the money shot aka cross-section of the end product never makes the cut. Director's choice, a hosed up cook or what? Obviously you can post your choice(s)... I find that the cross-section tells the story. That's why I'm quite selective

I cooked two of the grass fed steaks I posted about a while back last Saturday. Was incredible. Love that place and my freezer is full of their stuff as we speak.
