Seasoned and fridged for started at 4 1/2 hours to dry

375-400 raised direct

Breasts on 15 minutes before legs skin side down. Dropped to main grid last 10 minutes and raised temp to crisp and finish. About a 50-55 minute cook. 


I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
