Love wing posts! How did you season them? Pics of the finished product?

Nature's Season (from Walmart). These are finished. Not as crispy as I wanted even though I added some cornstarch to them.Michael

Love wings. Wonder if the 250º treatment drew some "natural fat" to the surface which mushed the skin?
For me the opposite temp treatment works, 400º direct to really brown then a lower temp to finish/hold.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
I will try that next time. Thanks!Skiddymarker said:Love wings. Wonder if the 250º treatment drew some "natural fat" to the surface which mushed the skin?

@skiddymarkers way will work great as he described. That is how I do my wings unless I run raised direct @ 275-300 flipping once or twice.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
