The recipe is from Jay Taylor (SSN686 on the other forum). Great guy, great recipe. Wish I could find King's Hawaiian rolls up here. He tells me they make a difference.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Considering the post was made 3 years ago, you'd still be a little late.northGAcock said:You no my last work call was over at 11:00. I could have made it in time Craig. Well, I guess that mini (toy) is a myth anyhow. -
@Dyal_SC - isn't it kinda funny how we cook so many different foods that we forget about most of them until reminded.Dyal_SC said:Nice @Stuss! I haven't thought about these for awhile. Wow -- amazing!!! Way cool!
-
@Stuss, looks good! Hope you enjoyed them.
Jay posted this recipe 100 years ago. At least! I couldn't find the Hawaiian buns so I never made 'em. Yes, I know I could have used other buns. Anyway, I finally found King's Hawaiian and they are in my freezer as we speak. Right next to some shrimp. My local grocery, ONE mile away, carries several brands of wasabi. I have everything else, even fresh ginger.
And yet I have still never cooked this recipe! @SSN686 is going to faint if I ever do!I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I'm going to do this but make sliders instead. In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

If you look closely, those are sliders. Lol. They were cooked on the Mini egg though, so they appear larger than they are.GlennM said:I'm going to do this but make sliders instead.
