    Outstanding, I have yet to mix my own jerk rub. I have been using Walkerswood since I had purchased a few bottles during my first visit to Jamaica and have been using them ever since. You can purchase Pimento Wood at pimentowood.com.

    Great cook and result.  The recipe may be a bit much for me as I am in the Walkerswood camp (and lazy).  But way to bring it home.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
