Weekend Oysters

Got a CI oyster pan from a friend and decided to bust it out this weekend.  Went with smoked oysters Rockefeller.  Garlic, butter, breadcrumbs, parsley, spinach and topped with some shaved Parmesan.  Egged for 4 minutes at 450 to melt everything together and give them a little smoke flavor.  Simple, easy and delicious!
