    @Dredger Thank you.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    Wow - on everything!  There are also some great, and still affordable, South American and Spanish wines that go really well with grilled and L&S meats. The fun for us  is in trying a bunch and learning what you and SWMBO like best. Enjoy that fabulous spot and great cooks - both are simply stunning!

    Fantastic looking cook! And love the set up you have for your outdoor kitchen. I'm hopeful to find a nice wooden bar like you have there. I'm assuming that one is one of a kind?

    Beautiful cook as always and I love your outdoor kitchen. What is on the floor in your kitchen?

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    @Cookbook_Chip Thanks. You'll like this. My wife and I decided we'll open that bottle of bourbon when we lay the last stone on the kitchen.
