Make a Primanti Bros Pizza. Everything you get on the sandwich but on a pizza.

I do a bbq chicken and buffalo chicken, both are basically the same except I use bbq sauce and hot wing sauce as the base. I put grilled chicken, bacon and purple onions on them and mozzarella cheese. Lately I have been putting blue cheese crumbles on the buffalo pizza and pineapple chunks on the bbq. I also do a bacon cheeseburger. I use ketchup as the base and then drizzle with mustard. I put cooked hamburger meat, bacon, onions, and pickles and cheese. All of these are a big hit with the crowd I usually cook for.

My wife likes the primantis idea. Especially with the beer drinking crowd. The cheeseburger sounds good. Afraid about the ketchup base but when you think about it just sounds like all the ingredients in a hamburger.

Try goat cheese, a little roasted garlic and fig. No red sauce but drizzle olive oil on crust before you dress it
Awesome combo -
Blue cheese, mozzarella, red onion, black olives and red sauce. My wife's concoction, I can't take credit for it.

When I had this pizza, Bacon Jam became an obsession. Some prep involved but very tasty end product.

Leftover brisket, some red onions, and make the sauce 75% tomato and 25% BBQ sauce (doesn't have to be exact).
Works with pulled pork as well - ditch the onions, use a vinegar based sauce to mix with your tomato sauce.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle
