More rain than Noah had to put up with this year. It really hurt the cucumbers, squash etc. The blueberries did well though the figs had to much water content, I thought I would never get them dehydrated.
This is the year of the great sweet potato experiment, five types with three different colors. Fingers crossed and I will try to dig up a few this coming weekend. They are great to wrap in foil and toss in the egg as I shut off the air . The residual heat will cook them. -

My daughter planted this year, she decided to add some flowers and for the first year we haven't had the deer and moose take the beet tops off, I actually haven't caught them in the garden at all, and it usually is a regular daily fight. This was a few weeks ago, its starting to fill in pretty good. County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada -
beans were up about 7 feet and something ate the stems at the bottom, no beans this year. think i figured out why the tomatoes plants are so big this year, coming up on 8 foot tall this year, theres a ground spring under the raised beds, the ground is still soaked around the raised beds i put in, no need to water
still a few weeks for maters. need to dig up a garlic plant, i think its getting close
