I've never made a pizza in my Eggs -- it's usually something my wife and I have when we don't feel like cooking and just order in. But those were GREAT looking pies!

Thank you everyone, they were great.EggDan said:Really nice work! I'm very interested in the execution details. Congrats on a great cook.
Conveggtor legs down, grid, then I have a raised grid on top of that with the pizza stone, so there's some good spacing there (about 4 inches). Got the egg to about 500 with the stone in, covered stone with cornmeal just before putting the pizza on. Used a wooden pizza server with cornmeal to transfer/slide right onto the stone. About 12 mins and they were done. -
Nice looking pies. Any leftovers for breakfast??Ubi panis, ibi patria.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
