Thick cut Iowa pork chops!

The much better half picked up some beautiful chops. Rubbed with Pigs Ass rub and seared on the GG's. Roasted on the raised grid til @140. Made a pig of myself. Time for a night cap and a stick by the fire pit. One of the nicest evenings we've had. Cheers!

No. They would have been even better had I taken the time to do so. They stayed very moist and juicy though. Kid was HANGRY! LOL.

    Grub looks killer.
Enjoy the down time with fam.

Stock up on Berkwood my friend, my Berkshire bacon is at critical low levels, nothing else compares.
I need to make a run to Nick this Fall for a couple of bellies and stuff.

Man, every bit of that looks wonderful!  The pork, the setting by the fire, marshmallows, family.  The cigar (gave those up, years ago, but used to enjoy them).  Just looks great.

prescott if you are in town for some football tailgating let me know, have a pretty good setup up there. Old boss has a nice $250,000 motorhome and about 30-50 people every game, good food, great drinks!

I later saw that on the IPad, but it doesn't show on the phone. Felt kinda stupid for a minute there. Hope to meet at one of the games. Maybe We can make a few games. My cousins boy is quarterbacking the visiting Hawks. I will have mixed feelings.
