    "Sensitive populations" would be the term used to mean PEOPLE, people who have LUNGS and who may have respiratory problems to begin with.

    You're likely right that countywide, grills wouldn't add any really measurable amount to the airmass as a whole. However, when many folks may already be experiencing breathing difficulties having a bunch of neighbors cranking up their smokers/grills only adds to an already stressful situation.

    Hence, "reduce any additional harm to sensitive populations from excess air pollution".

    I still don't see the outrage in his original post. Never said anything negative. Simply posted facts. Where is the outrageous comment prior to others jumping to conclusions.

    And it is officially Friday! Finished my last call and off to do errands so I can be a homebody the rest of the weekend. Lo and behold my first errand before I can even unlock the doors I'm approached by a man and a woman that apparently have run out of gas and need cash.  I'm all for helping my fellow man but when you have scratches all over your body and your teeth are falling out and eyes twitching my guess is you didn't run out of gas unless gas is meth.

    During the height of drought here in central Texas the fire marshall sanctioned the Texas Eggfest.  
    My egg set up was inspected by the fire marshall (we back up to a preserve/recharge zone) and the only egg that I was not to use was the large on the lower pad.  The small and the mini on the upper porch were ok'd....Even though Austin is a nanny city this is Texas where Q'ing is still the king.
