Not sure what you're referring to by 6054.

I sling charcoal--BBQ and agriculture--and then BGE's & other accessories.  Part-time real estate agent and investor/flipper.   Former EMS and ENG helicopter pilot......needed more excitement in my life, so got into charcoal.
Did you fly in the military?

No.....all civilian.  I started working at a small flight operation straight out of high school and built up time as the insurance minimums were coming down. Became a full time pilot & mechanic there at age 19 flying tours, aerial photo, powerline/pipeline patrol, charter, etc.  A few years later when I hit 2000 hrs, I left to fly EMS, and then flew traffic/news on my off days.  Did that for 10 yrs before I decided to take the plunge into charcoal.  Best decision I ever made.

I worked "corporate" side for years - running marketing divisions/agencies. Finally decided to make BBQ my day job and go client side. I handle all of the marketing for Southside Market & BBQ.

Love the job & company. Gotta love a job where you "get" to help develop new products and taste them as well. Below is one of our latest items - smoked pastrami. (You can get this on Tuesdays right now)

And now my wife doesn't even flinch when I come home smelling like BBQ smoke, which is every day.

Do they sell their sausage at HEB?   If so, it's great stuff.
