    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Thanks!  Actually that's some Knorr mix of noodles and Alfredo sauce which I rehydrated with buttermilk.  Looked weird but I heard tasted good.

    @nolaegghead - that is not far off my operative.  I have so much fun with the prep and cook that once I hit the finish-line it is truly anti-climatic. I give 90% + away (brisket is the exception).   Need to acquire a better camera.

    Lou, I'm drunk as a sailor.  About 90% of everything I post tonight will be complete BS.  I did make that tonight, and actually ate it.  Was good. 

    I'm making some Argentinian empanadas tonight with a secret recipe that I will figure out.  Let it be known it will be duck flavored but sans duck. 

    Also making a cauliflower dish that I personally could literally kill myself eating because I can't stop. 

    All this is for a dinner party tomorrow for GoT.  SWMBO made manicotti last night and we just threw it in the freezer to cook for a main dish.
