Simply Grilled Sockeye Salmon

Posts: 3,184
Raised direct at 400*. Flesh side down for just a few minutes, the skin side to finish. Rubbed with EVOO and this fish rub. Finished with lemon, dill, and capers. Tasty with a good Rose'.

I hardly ever grill fish -- need to do so more often. Those look WONDERFUL!!!

I like it but you could make it yourself if you can't find it. Had it so long it was caking up. Gonna try and think of something else to put it on besides fish. We always like dill, capers, and a squeeze of lemon on fish also.NC_Egghead said:Looks like a winner. How did you like the seasoning?

I went to a friends' party in Minnesota and for a salmon dinner, she used Natures Season (available at Walmart). I thought it wouldn't be any good. I was hooked.Michael
