Raised direct at 400*. Flesh side down for just a few minutes, the skin side to finish. Rubbed with EVOO and this fish rub. Finished with lemon, dill, and capers. Tasty with a good Rose'.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

Looks good, sounds good! LOVE salmon!!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Oh, and I added a small handful of Alder chips. Good cook.

Looks like a winner.  How did you like the seasoning?

LOL, I have had a bag of alder chips for a good 6-7 years. And I STILL haven't tried 'em. But I always have salmon on hand. Next time... if I remember.

I like it but you could make it yourself if you can't find it. Had it so long it was caking up. Gonna try and think of something else to put it on besides fish. We always like dill, capers, and a squeeze of lemon on fish also.

I went to a friends' party in Minnesota and for a salmon dinner, she used Natures Season (available at Walmart). I thought it wouldn't be any good. I was hooked.
