Not sure but it appears there are some sort of rubber gaskets surrounding the eggs at table level. I would also expect perhaps something spring loaded under each egg. Still seems pretty risky.

Neat setup but even with a double axle I'd be scared of potholes. 2 fryers, 2 griddles, what's in the back corner?
