Tomato biscuit

Guess I could have put this in the farmer's market post but did not. Here is breakfast this morning. Biscuit, freshly sliced tomato with plenty of salt and pepper, some bacon and a big ole dollop of Duke's.
I'm not supposed to have the carbs in the biscuit, but dang it, this time of the I am going to have a tomato biscuit or two.
