Corn was a bit underdone. Need to cook longer. Chops were about 1 1/2" thick off a whole loin. They were good.

I'm not experienced cooking corn, have never <gasp> grilled it. So what was it about the corn that made it underdone? What was it like? I've always thought corn would be juicy raw (never tried it, though), and potentially dry and starchy overcooked.
