Salmon Kebabs

1 1/2lbs of wild king salmon skinned, cubed and skewered with lemon. Then hit with a rub of fresh dill, oregano, cumin and salt. 
Hit the small @425° raised direct for about 14 mins flipping once

And plated Ted with a Greek salad

Great cook and result. Plated pic is off the chart as usual. Dang-eating well right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
