Doing Italian.....the secound helping.....

Our / my good friend @JRWhitee was in Columbia this past weekend moving their daughter out of her apartment. We were happy to host them for a couple of nights.....one of which Jim had prepared some Spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage.....It was outstanding the first time around......now for a little egg action.

Took left over Pena and mixed the Jim's sauce, meatballs and Italian Sausage) and into a cast iron casserole. I topped with some mozzarella and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese. On the egg it went....
