I just got my XL as an early B'day present and smoked my first baby back ribs. I mixed in a few hand fulls of maple chips in with RO lump for good measure. I set the Cyber-q to a pit temp of 250 and set the food temp to 203. It took about 5 1/2 hours and the results were great. While the ribs were ribin' I took a quick run to the market to get some bacon and a few jalapeños to make a few bacon wrapped cream cheese popers. Even had some time to pop a cast iron skillet corn bread into the oven... Here are a few Picts...
All set to go...

Ribs after about 2 1/2 hours on the egg....

Ribs ready to go...

Poppers and and corn bread to round out the meal a bit...
