My BIL bought ribeyes - ask me to cook

So I get a text from my BIL last night, "Hey, if I bring ribeyes will you cook?"
H3ll yeah!
Nothing uber fancy here. After posting cooks in the wood oven and the offset smoker I wanted to show the bge a little love. It hasn't been ignored or neglected.
I did fire the wood oven to cook potatoes and corn (the wood oven is magical for roasting veggies). The steaks were reverse seared over some mesquite wood. I used the DP Red Eye Express on the steak. The best part is EVERYONE wanted their steak rare to med-rare.

Happy 4th y'all!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

It is nice when everyone agrees to a reasonable level of doneness instead of trying to come up with three or four different ones. Looks great!
