Pizza!

My two grown kids were home this weekend so we made some pizza (among other things). My daughter put her iPhone 7s portrait mode to use.
We made some cannelloni Friday.

Today was pizza.
Sourdough crust, San Marzano tomatoes with fresh herbs and salt, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. Drizzle of really good olive oil to finish.

Thanks for looking.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Those are probably the best looking pies I've seen on this forum. I wish you can get those "leopard spots" on pies off the green egg. Also, cool Vader apron.MM & XL BGE, Bay Area CA
