I smoked a corned beef on the egg earlier today so I could make some Reuben's. They didn't turn out too bad.

    I still have some corned beef I cooked from St Patty's Day. When I got to the ends I sliced them real thin (or into thin pieces) and then FS and froze for later. Guess later is now and I better find them and crank up my BlackStone! Thanks for the reminder!
