Some chicken breasts for lunches

Found a good sale on some nice breasts. 2 batches on the XL. Some ginger teriyaki, good light olive oil, Worcestershire and some local seasoning. Raised, direct about 400*. Came out great.

Kept XL on idol all day. Steaks on soon.

Thank you,

If I cooked that much chicken, I wouldn't have to cook again for at least a month! However, I think it has finally caught up with me. I have eaten so much chicken in the last 3+ years that I'm about to start laying eggs myself!

Lately, I've been eating a fair amount of salmon. By the time I get sick of that, hopefully chicken will sound good again.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
