Ancho chili and hoisin chicken thighs (with pics)

A while back, @CincyTiki put up a Hoisin Sriracha sauce recipe that looked mighty tasty. We didn't have any sriracha so I used some ancho chili paste instead. The combo of ancho chili and hoisin was superb.

Full recipe in the link below, basically make the marinade, soak the chicken for 15 mins then cook at 375F until IT is 165F.
