Ancho chili and hoisin chicken thighs (with pics)

A while back, @CincyTiki put up a Hoisin Sriracha sauce recipe that looked mighty tasty. We didn't have any sriracha so I used some ancho chili paste instead. The combo of ancho chili and hoisin was superb.

Full recipe in the link below, basically make the marinade, soak the chicken for 15 mins then cook at 375F until IT is 165F.

Cooking in the Egg. SWMBO prefers it with less ancho chili, so I made two sauces with differing concentration of the paste:

Morrisons had Sriracha cheap not that long ago. Worth a look if you have one local.

Ta, I get ours from Waitrose, the Thai Taste range. However Morrison's is closer and does a different brand, so I'll give that a shot. Or I could just try making it ...

Our Morrisons had the same one I get in Waitrose, but a lot cheaper. I have a lot of chilies in the greenhouse this year, going to dry some as usual but do fancy making some hot sauce as well.
