So this model is called the back packer
Designed for around campsite and in woods. Multipurpose. Skinning to cutting branches.
Steel is 15N20
What really makes this one special is the handle. Made with reclaimed wood from Bill the Butcher's ferry. Puts this wood around 160+ years old
Same guy who made my kitchen knives and several other knives I've bought. This is #9 I've ordered from him

Very nice. Not too many guys seem to use 15N20 only. Nothing wrong with it, just see it layered a lot with 10 series for pattern welded steel. It will serve you well.
