Big butts and I can not lie

Hi guys need some wisdom. Need to do three 12 lbs butts. Figure I can do 2 on my large egg and other one on my buddies. Question... if I put both grills at 235 will all butts finish close to same time. I know it depends on the butt for completion. However, contemplating if two butts on one grill will drastically increase cooking time comparative to a single butt on a grill. Usually I wouldn't care on finish time, but I am cooking for a large group of people and this bbq will be the only meat (I mean nothing compares to an egged butt). Need to have them done by 2pm on Saturday to travel couple hours away to the shindig. Thoughts for start time for the butts on Friday!

Honestly my experience is that it doesn't make a bit of difference because the distance to the center of the meat etc is the same of its one or 2. Keep them separate and I think they should be good.
Plus pork butt is so forgiving that if I was you I would leave myself a couple hours extra time and be ready to FTC so if there was a lag it wouldn't matter come serving time. I have done multiple brisket on a large and it didn't matter at all that there was more than 1 hunk of meat. As long as you leave airflow I think your good.

To second question, I would put them on at 225 -250 the night before and then you can check them early am and adjust from there. If one is way behind, wrap and turbo on the extra egg.

Or get up at 4 am, take egg to 350 and turbo all the way. My last turbo was 6 hrs and was perfect but this would get you done by noon to 2 I believe. But I am not as experienced at turbo as others here.

Shouldn't make a difference as long as you have airflow around both chunks of pork.

Toss one in the oven @ 225, nobody will know the difference after you pull and mix them together
