Turbo Baby Backs Question

Going to give the turbo baby backs a try tonight. I reviewed Mikey's receipe. My only question, which I had trouble finding an answer to in my searches, is there a particular internal temp to cook to on these since you're doing turbo? Or is it the standard 190-205 range (+ toothpick test)? Just curious if going faster may warrant pulling at something lower than say 200. Thanks.

IMO you really cant go by temperature with ribs--look for pull back on the bones, bend test and probeVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

No internal temp. Pick them up in your hand. When they drape over similar to when their uncooked they're ready to go. You want them to drape over without breaking.
