It Dessert, Its Dinner; No it's both to me

While not cooked on the egg, this was a really interesting dish dreamed up by my wife last night. In my world it could be either a dinner or a dessert. Next time it will be cooked on the egg to add some smoky goodness. I just had to share the creativity.

Okay, so I had to have a little fun with this, hence the picture design. It is a new recipe for my wife; Meatloaf baked in a bundt pan. The center is loaded with Roasted Garlic Mashed potatoes. Then it was drizzled with brown gravy and topped with a bit of ketchup because I didn't have any cherries to confuse the issue. And it was "farkin" good.

My wife plans to call it the Meatloaf, Gravy, Potato Cake. I don't care what she calls it as long as it becomes a regular in our house. And I just have to add that the right out of the fridge meatloaf sandwiches are to die for.

Kind of the opposite of a vegetarian that forms tofu to resemble actual food?
Sounds pretty good, but meatloaf doesn't gain the magic until cooked in the egg.
